Home / Manufacturing
We’re super passionate about what we do here at ALLEON. That is why we keep it all in-house – we want to make sure everything is just right, from start to finish. A big part of this is in the hands of our amazing manufacturing team. Over fifty per cent of the Alleon Clothing crew are in manufacturing, creating all our products from scratch in Congo & Tunisia. Making our products is a very involved process. Luckily, we have experts at the helm.
As an african brand we feel that it is significant & important to make use of the ressources & know how on the african continent to make our products, while making sure to support and empower the people to grow not either the industry but also to improve their circumstances.
An Alleon garment starts its life in product design and graphics, with Akulayi and the team dreaming up something exceptional & outstanding. Then we make a sample, try it on a bunch of people in the office or closest friends, get some feedback, and make changes until it’s perfect. Once we have a final sample, it’s over to manufacturing. We purchase the african fabrics in Senegal, Benin or Ivory Coast and import it to our production facilities we print, cut, sew, and quality check every garment – none of the manufacturing is outsourced, it’s all done by the ALLEON Clothing team. When we’ve got all the products ready, our super-organised logistics crew get it online or in stores for you guys to grab! Then finally it’s over to marketing (who tell you about all our cool new clothes), picking, packing, and post , and the Customer Service Mega Hotties (who help you out with your orders). And then we’ll get up and do it all again tomorrow!
It’s definitely a big and exciting job, but we love doing it to promote african inspired fashion.
